Staff friendliness can't save it

The room was spacious and comfortable, just what a family needs after a long day of travel.

Unfortunately, the staff were unhelpful, and I even had to deal with a rude check-in attendant who was quite dismissive.

staying at woodspring suites was pretty pleasant. the room was spacious with two double beds, perfect for my family. the guy at the front desk was super friendly, making us feel welcome right away.

The room had good space, which I appreciated. The staff was friendly, especially one gentleman at the front desk. The location felt safe, and I liked that there was a convenience store nearby. However, housekeeping was lacking. No one came to clean my room during my week-long stay. I had to ask for extra towels, which were hard to get. Additionally, there was no breakfast or pool available, which was disappointing. No coffee maker or closets in the room also made it less comfortable.

I loved how close this place is to the National Civil War Naval Museum, just about a 15-minute walk away, and the Coca-Cola Space Science Center is also nearby, making city exploration a breeze. it’s nice to find a spot that lets you enjoy the beautiful parks and historical sites without needing to drive everywhere.

The laundry room was clean and that really helped us out during a hectic time with the kids. The front desk staff seemed to care and were quick to help when we needed extra towels.
